Consider that DEI has created an environment where anyone who's not a "white male" in any position of authority in any company is now presumed to have been hired on the basis of their complexion or sexuality rather than their relevant skill sets. You can point the finger at "white people" all you like, but you'd be better off taking a look in the mirror first and foremost. Before that situation of the left's own creation can be corrected, the pendulum must necessarily swing in the other direction.
