Total Sonic Media@tek - given the record of people arrested sometimes getting delayed in release or even "lost" for months in the system, as well as noting the abuses done by CPS in some places, while I sympathize with the spirit of this post, I don't really think it is necessarily good advice for parents to impart to their kids. Better to tell them to observe and report immediately what they saw, rather than endanger themselves - adults are the ones that can better choose whether to place themselves in between.
