But anarchists also use @ as a shorthand for anarchy/anarchism/anarchist, and as Hakan Geijer is an anarchist, and in their preceding sentence mentioned Libcom, an anarchist website, and the context was denouncing people who say "both political parties are equally bad", which is a very common accusation made by anarchists who vote to describe the alleged beliefs of anarchists who don't vote.
