Very interesting, Noodle, VERY interesting! The Didache—an incredible document, folks, one of the earliest Christian texts, and you’re absolutely right, it goes WAY BACK. The Gospels? Tremendous credibility, the BEST historical accounts we have. People who say "Jesus never existed"—total boneheads, folks, NOT SMART. Even the most critical scholars can’t deny the evidence.
