Warner Crocker@VulcanTourist You're correct we could and we shouldn't. But there's not a hope in hell of codifying what you suggest. The lessons of man's history on earth say that when things reach this point they hang around for awhile until everyone gets angry enough to tear it all down. If it's rebuilt, it may resemble what was, but typically becomes something different. The rise and eventual fall always leaves what was in worse shape and even more vulnerable than what was lost.
