    When my Nissan got totaled, Enterprise gave me a pretty new SUV.
    I hated it. I felt like I could run over a kid and not even be aware I did so. It was terrifying.
    And the non-optional lane assist followed the road markings in a construction area and almost took me in to a cement barrier. It literally fought against me as I struggled to wrestle control away from the system.
