@hellomiakoda I had to rent a big-ass pickup truck once (Nissan Frontier) because my car got hit by a blacked out driver and had to get extensive body work and it was all Enterprise had for me at that moment on the lot. I hated driving it because I was always concerned about other drivers and keeping a safe distance from them. Parking was also not fun. Bigger did not make me feel "safer"...you'd have to be kind of a self-centered asshole to think like that, seems to me.

I really dig TikTok personality Alice Cottonsox 🇬🇧 quirky, eccentric girl, "Tim Burton's Zooey Deschanel"....she would've been my dream girl in my 20s.

@gnitro I stayed at the DC Moxy in 2021. It's a sleek, modern hotel, very nice, slightly cheaper than the con hotels. Easy walking distance but further away, no hot breakfast and the nearest McD's was closed (staffing shortage I guess) so I had to walk to one on the other side of the White House! Fun little adventure. Anyway, my hotel this year serves hot breakfast and I'm all about that.

@gnitro In my convention downtime after hours I tend to....watch anime on my iPad in my hotel room. My hotel's closer to WEW this year so I might go to more 18+ late night panels since I'm just across the street and not a few blocks away like in 2021.

@kaia sorry to hear. I had that problem once and got a softer seat with gel cushioning, but even that has its limitations I guess.
