It’s Ukrainian & has only y as a vowel & nobody can pronounce it. My gramps was 1 of the Hollywood 10. There’s history. People recognize it. I’ll never change it. My daughter & I are the last ones to carry it on. My first name is extremely triggering from severe traumas. In today’s climate it’s even more complicated because of doxxing & stalkers.
