     @WarnerCrocker Thank you for the article. I agree. People’s relationships with their names can be very complex. I love my last name. It’s Ukrainian & has only y as a vowel & nobody can pronounce it. My gramps was 1 of the Hollywood 10. There’s history. People recognize it. I’ll never change it. My daughter & I are the last ones to carry it on. My first name is extremely triggering from severe traumas. In today’s climate it’s even more complicated because of doxxing & stalkers.

     @DEDGirl I've lived that. The number of folks with my last name, who thing we're related, or the number of folks who think I'm related to the former Crocker National Bank fortune never ceases to amaze me.

     @WarnerCrocker My oldest email address is only my last name & early on someone with that last name emailed me asking who I was, because they had never had to use their first initial with it before (& we all assume we’re related)! 😂
