Scraping westlaw is hard. I wanted to scrape Findlaw, since it's public and I know how to do it, but I don't know how long I could get away with it before they block my ip and try to get me to violate the CFAA. I could meter it and do it over a long period to reduce the risk of catching their admins attention I suppose.
