It's beyond web searches. I pay $600/mo for my westlaw subscription, and I've been having trouble finding shit I used to find very easily using boolean, for example, I couldn't find a clear answer on what's calculated into the amount in controversy for state court jurisdiction (limited / unlimited civil). I've specifically looked that up a hundred times in the past when I have some specific issue that needs to be addressed or to check for new law on the issue. That's just one example.
