Rich Felker@mkj @futurebird @toni I wasn't privy to internal mod discussions but I was there at the time, and "how it was handled by the company" angle came across clearly as an excuse by people who were upset about "forced speech". The questions she raised were not valid except from a standpoint like "will the company really back me when I moderate disguised transphobia like this?" which was not the take.
