@sally @bash The FSF doesn't hold any substantial copyright in Linux, thus taking such a wealthy body to court without a similar level of funds would be a foolish move.

A substantial Linux copyright holder could sue Linus for his copyright infringing activities and how he accepts bribes to allow other parties to infringe copyright, but that would need to be backed by millions of dollars.
