@doctorsex @LovecraftEnthusiast @Paleface @PodunkPotato @Quentel it's hard to say exactly, but the "survivorship bias plane" image someone poasted earlier seems like a reasonable answer - he knows, personally, some of those very highly talented H1Bs from silicon valley. There are some very smart people there.

This is why I've mentioned repeatedly that it ultimately doesn't matter what he says, this is a battle he can't win, because H1B now has a undefensibly corrupt history.
