Many of my coworkers are H1Bs and don't have that privilege so they have to put up with all the BS. If their staying here didn't literally depend on that job they would have left a long time ago. So yeah, it's harder, you probably get exploited more, and you have to deal with all the crappy immigration crap on top of that.
