EVERYTHING'S COMPUTER@skinnylatte @Viss In Chicago, only a small handful of bars around the city are allowed to be open until 4 AM and those permits are often opposed by neighbors and aldermen. I imagine it'd be quite difficult for a restaurant to legally be open at 4 AM here :/
