Or if violence is necessary, as a police action by a world law enforcement entity via democratic oversight. That doesn't imply more poverty or corruption or the enforcement of values on anyone. We already have those imposed by a system of international anarchy where powerful countries do as they will and weaker countries suffer as they must. Fuck that.
