Tim W (admin (and human))@amydiehl @blogdiva what's wild to me is that the shareholders are stupid enough to fall for it instead of holding management responsible for making bad decisions (or, y'know, understanding that circumstances change and you just have to take losses sometimes).
Instead they take it out on the #labor.
The system's propensity to perpetuate itself is just ... mind blowing. Frustrating. Depressing.
