      @jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net @DJGummikuh Interesting. When and where? In 2008 in Vienna people discussed this a lot (and a core dev lived here) and the answer was always "No". I get, that you couldn't match donors with kids. You needed the governments to fund this for scale. Still having a budget for special cases like ultra poor countries or neglected groups within a country or whatever would be helpful, wouldn't it?
