Detlev Zundel@amszmidt Ah cool, thanks for the offer! Indeed, my first question would be why I am not able to call up dired in Zmacs. I start Zmacs with F1-e, then do an M-x dired and then I already need to guess. I try entering "*.*.*" and then I am required to login. Attempting with my dzu id, I get a timeout that host AMS-LISPM-2 is not responding. That seems plausible as the message tells me that this host is the default host. Trying with "dzu@localhost" also fails. Can you advise?
