Kevie 🇬🇧🇨🇾@musicman no sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant it is easier to land that "supreme commander" role in college as opposed to the NFL. I totally agree that it is way more difficult to maintain a dynasty as you simply can't go out and sign people like you can in the NFL. Belichick has a reputation of being all work no play dictator type of ruler, young guys may not want to play for him.
