@Gnomeshatecheese I was arguing with a middle-aged male friend who has no children. So he's not being smug about him having them and me not; he's being a jerk about "alas I shall never have children, anything else I accomplish in life is meaningless" and I'm like thanks, dude, for implying my life is meaningless also, and he's like "well it kinda is."
