    @SuperDicq @mikka PCIe uses more efficient encoding than SATA and the per lane throughtput of PCIe 2.0 is 250 MB/s to 500 MB/s.

    SATA 3.0 maxes out at 600 MB/s throughput, thus a 4x link NVME drive will be faster than any SATA SSD.
