    @dansup Hi Dan, I'm fairly new on the Fediverse, just discovered Pixelfed and Loops about two months ago and I'm amazed at what you've done on your own.

    Just from curiosity, what format/codec are you using to transcode the videos and what are you using on your pipeline? Is it ffmpeg? And are videos queued for transcoding or are you running parallel processes for each?
