@kickingvegas a lot of noodles from China and Korea and Taiwan and Japan take the time to make proper soup.
There’s a brand of instant Lanzhou noodles I get from China that is, I swear, better than the best rated beef noodle soup in San Francisco. Heheh
This is not a ding on the restaurants, just that no one is going to bother making 16 hour soups in Asian restaurants here unless people really give a shit and will pay for it
