@inthehands The problem here is that the ICC and Amnesty adjust their processes and words to fit the accusation, not the other way around.
For instance, Amnesty quite literally changed the definition of genocide to fit the accusation. Additionally, they champion people like Walid Daqqa.
Meanwhile, the ICC both lacks jurisdiction in the Israel / Hamas war (due to both the status of the territory and conditions of the Oslo Accords), and ignores far more open and flagrant violations of human rights by countries such as North Korea, Iran, and Syria.
These double-standards and shifting definitions to fit accusations, rather than accusations to fit definitions, is in itself antisemitic.
