LaF0rge@evey @c3isdn I've been dreaming about a proper SDH ring at some CCC event for several years; I have a few multiplexers up to STM64 here, and at least 10 STM-1 add-drop-mux for E1, plus 7 full-muxes (63xE1 to STM1). Others in the retronetworking community have equally large collections at home. I guess we need to work on developing more use cases beyond ISDN. c3gsm could back-haul E1 based BTSs; we could set up Frame Relay...
