@darnell I worked in an Amazon shipping center on my holiday break when I was a college kid, and although there's no contact with the public, there's still people working hard to deliver the holidays. But because it was a short term gig, I actually enjoyed the rush. And a lot of people pick up extra money from all the extra work created this time of year, even if more of it goes to the companies. It's January when they all get laid off that I feel bad for them.
