Gary Houston@jschwart @jwildeboer countries put various obstacles in the way. I couldn't vote in the Netherlands, despite having Dutch citizenship, because I don't have a current passport so can't register (and it would cost a lot to get one, including travel to Sydney). I also have New Zealand citizenship, but couldn't vote there either, because I haven't visited for years. I live in Australia, but can't vote here because I'm not a citizen.
