I don't think any mainstream blockchain has ledger sharding yet. It's still being worked on. Maybe things will get better when Ethereum gets it working, it's on the roadmap.

Another issue is all these L2s have centralized on-and-off ramps. Work is being done here too but currently you rely on one or a few companies running bridges/validators.
