I guess it depends what you think is a "legitimate authority" then, because none of them actually have any authority without pointing guns at people. Which is nigger tier. I don't see any nuance tbh, they are all corrupt by design as the only people who ever want to be in them being the worst people for the job. It's always fake authority with fake motives, desperately flailing around pretending to represent the people and/or have the power to survive a rebellion. They're all just career liars, pushing a mafia grift upto monopoly levels.
