The numbers were in at the primaries about how people didn't like Kamala. Joe took her as insurance, and the DEI idiots thought it was "her time." The types like Carville probably thought "if we can juice it for Biden, we can juice it for her"

They got cold feet as the administration progressed. They realized how bad she was and she stopped appearing in public. Then at the beginning of the year when Biden started getting really bad the panic set in.
