Depending on how enemy controlled your place is, it might be dangerous, but casually enjoying your life as you embody your championed virtues both emboldens your guys and terrifies your enemies. I sit at the staff room at work with half the table being some form of leftie, and just talk with people with the utmost confidence and relaxation, being completely honest with myself and with them, and they see the normal people in the room agreeing with me, so they don't dare oppose it. Some of them have been there for 20 years, I did that the very first day, and they didn't dare to complain because the mood of the room made them feel like I was not something they could challenge. That took no hostility, just saying things with the certainty of truth and confidence of purity.
