@fell @Liberapay @opencollective Free software exists because some people love freedom, rather than anything to do with money and generally copies are gratis because it costs like $0.0000001 to send a copy.

Devian, Arch, PostmarketOS, f-droid and "librepay" don't distribute only free software unfortunately.


Generally I'm happy to donate to free software projects with something freedom-respecting like Monero or whatever, but projects want me to run proprietary software to donate?
