@vivi i wrote a great campaign plans thing but it disappeared because i misclicked. it's over. key idea apart from the remove all traffic laws and stop maintaining roads is Have a giant monster semi truck that has arms extending 2 lanes and a car baler in the back that crushes any cars that it consumes into cubes of steel, plastic and flesh. have a fleet of them and let em out on the streets every once in a while
