Yea I have both in my toolbox. The lever ones you can reuse and I have them on several electric outlets. I think the others are locked in. You can probably use a pick tool to de-pin it and not lose any wire length. But if not, it will have to be cut.

Lever nuts are great; way better than the twist connectors. But they are bulkier and can be more annoying in some electrical boxes.
