@anemone @Will2Power @EvilSandmich @arcana @mischievoustomato @Diceyocean most estimates of victims in the 11 million expanded definition of the Holocaust count Soviet POWs (who arent a people but it is a reflection of hatred for Slavs), the disabled in Aktion T4, and the victims of the Pojramos, along with the relatively small number of victims who were gay etc. Among those the only ethnic groups and thereby the only peoples who can be said to be "intentionally eliminated in whole or in part (definition of genocide)" are Jews and Gypsies. Regardless, the genocidal infrastructure of the Holocaust built in Nazi occupied Europe particularly Poland was built with the intent to exterminate Jews, and Nazi leadership only expressed the official intention to exterminate the Jewish people. There is no "monopolization" and by conflating the victims of warfare albeit cruel warfare with the victims of the worst genocide in history with its killing on an industrial scale you are trivializing the Holocaust which is kindred to denying it. You can hate the state of Israel without saying things like "christian soviets were more victims of the Nazis than Jews were" which you imply.
