@mac84tv That kind of scaley effect looks like it might be charge unit related.
When the drum spins, the laser changes the charge on the drum - but it also needs resetting, so at a point there's a charge roller, or corona wire, or some kind of pad that resets the charge on the drum. When it goes wacky - too high or too low, it screws with EVERYTHING.
Scaling like that on one of our production presses is indicative of too high. Might just need a clean - if it's accessible.
