She is supposed to not be pretty. In the original Angela, at face value, looked like a woman in her late 20s or so when she's 18. The aging up was to drive home the fact taht she was a woman that was severly abused both physically and sexually.

I'd say if you make her look a bit screwed up in the head and grizzled, it would be the ticket
