Kit Rhett Aultman@twipped @DivineKestrel Appreciated. While I did now know any of those people personally, I still mostly stand behind my impressions. I think there are arguments to be made around the second wave as having a considerable amount of institutionalized trauma response, but even setting aside the error-prone aspect of psychoanalyzing strangers, the second-wave writing I've read didn't give me "transmasc in denial" vibes. YMMV of course and I'd even be happy to year your take and reconsider mine.
