Gerhard D.@ryanc looks like the return wire of a differnt phase to me. try this, with meter set to current (amps). start with highest range. but be sure to switch off power first, and check that there really is no voltage on the brown wire. we can then see if any device starts working, and calculate its power demand. Id unsure, better dont touch anything.
