They see the concept of "sexting" between people in the same age bracket as part of healthy sexual development for teenagers growing up in the digital age.
Those videos and pictures ending up in the wrong hands is still abuse however. Offlimits says that breaking E2E encryption to introduce automated scanning of CSAM material can lead to false positives and reduce security, so they conclude that ChatControl is more likely to increase child abuse rates than decrease it.
And you what, I can't disagree.
