@Humpleupagus @magicalthinking @7073M The wife and I watched the preliminary hearing the other day. The defense made it sound like the judge was banging the sheriff's daughter when she was underage and possibly going after the sheriff's wife. There is a lot going on in that case. The defense has all but crushed any chance of 1st degree murder in the prelims.
