I am plagued by this lack of sleep; have off nights but more good nights. Here's what works for the most part for me.
1 - Drink 2-3 glasses of water 2 hrs before bed or 1 electrolyte drink
2 - Take 2000mg Magnesium 90 mins before bed

4 - Piss & Zzzzzz
Sometimes, I'll alternate with a 4mg of Tizinidine & (2) 1000mg Magnesium & water regiment
