To be clear- I wasn't saying the narration heavy presentation was bad. I love the movie, I was a film major in college lol. But in the modern, low attention span era- it would be appreciated more for the design and soundtrack elements than for the language and societal implications if it was appreciated at all most likely.The best you can hope from Stephen King is "well, it >didn't physically hurt".They are anything but the pinnacle of prose, but honestly a good chunk of his books were very addictive reads.
