@gentoobro its not even about that anymore. canada is one of the worlds top producers of beef. if not the top at least top 3. our grocery here since covid started has been importing australian beef -- beef that sits on shipping docks for days before, during transit and after before it even makes it to distribution. beef from alberta is sold and on dock for distribution in less than 3 days.
