Baron Vonskinnback@jeffowski this is a little close to my experience. I live in a very conservative area, my friends, family & acquaintances are all conservative, some leaning towards the far right, I love the people I have grown up with, I have lived here since birth (over 40 years) but I have made the decision to leave them all behind because I can't listen to their opinions & attitudes anymore, I tried to talk to them & find out why they hold these opinions, but after 10 years of speaking up I am exhausted.
