@sun @mono The whole idea of invalid patents to use for patent trolling is that you write them in the most tortured legalize, to try to make them cover absolutely anything and of course the patent office goes and grants them, instead of applying the deserved sanction against the troll (each and every patent granted checked for validity and invalidated with prejudice if found not to contain an invention and those who granted such invalid patents punished too).
