No woman is in a boss position because she can be there. The men around her do everything and if they don't exist everything crashes and burns soon. None of these women feel happy or actually achieve anything. There are no bossgirls. There are no women in the shoes of nen. Just simulacras of that. And that's why nothing works and the women crumble away. The phrase is a last ditch cope.
