Darnell Clayton :verified:@shaknais The US is not enforcing the fines now. That is the issue here. It is unlikely they will either, as the company can contest any fines imposed as they do not have a presence within the European Union 🇪🇺.
They have ignored fines in the past, & I doubt they will pay one penny to the EU.
